This is back in the school days, where life may be seen as simple, yet growing increasingly complicated, choosing paths that will change their future. Choosing their sides. And not all will be on the same side.

This is my take on what could have happened during the time of the Marauders, Lily, Marlene , Alice and Snape. Watch out for mystery, arguments, unrequited love and choices that can make or break relationships during the fifth year of Hogwarts for these characters.

I have tried to connect my head canons with the little we have about the Marauders. This is my first ever book so any comments, votes or ideas to improve are greatly appreciated.

Here I bring to you, native and non-native English speakers, the English transcription of Marauder!Crack by Irati, a fanfiction that revolutionized the fanfiction world of Harry Potter, more concretely the Marauder's Era in Hispanoamerica. I am not, in any possible way, saying this is from my authorship, because it is NOT, and it's my holiday proyect to spread this excellent fanfiction to you, so you can enjoy it as much as I and so many other people did. This is something like a myth: we do not have trazable records of who Irati actually is. She/He/It wrote this in a period of time between 2004-2008, in a LiveJournal that is no longer available for everyone. Eventhough, people since then have been spreading pdf's with transcriptions of the publications of the LiveJournal (extremely difficult to find if you ask me) with the mere intention to keep this story alive, because is extremely well written and with an astonishing profundity of the characters that you may not seen in many fanfictions. So I say that again, never seen any translations of it, and as I am a passionate of English Literature and Law, I bring this to you to expread the story for your enjoyment and help (and force) myself to practice my English. Not an English speaker as you presume, so squeeze me for any misconceptions, I do know many of you would do this job far better than me, as so anything that improves my narrative skills and knowledge will be highly accepted and very well received. Do I have anything more to say? Not at all, but to dive into this long enough story, full of exciting and joyfull moments that will make you a good laugh, and also sometimes a good cry, because you will get to know our Mssr Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs, and also pretty Lily in a way most emphatical, and deep, with their teenage issues and prides. She was tired, she was so bloody tired of it all. From the constant nagging and picking and pulling to the waking up at 6 am everyday to do that stupid crap. She didn't think it was stupid really, she just didn't like having to do it. She didn't really like having to do schoolwork either, but she found herself to be fond of the teachers and the curriculums. Most of all though, she didn't mind being at school all too much because it kept her away from the house. She found James to be nice, and Sirius to be troublesome, Peter was quite thoughtful, but Remus, he was kind to her. She had found that Remus was her favorite of them all, he was really very kind to her. What she had really come to see though, was the fact that he had scars too, and that meant they matched. Mature content. There are certain parts of this story that I will put a trigger warning before but you should keep cautioun when reading because I mention a lot of triggering things and topics in this book including self harm, abuse, mental illnesses etc. Also, the first year is really shitty writing and like the first part of fourth but I swear it gets so much better. I just haven't gotten around to editing the bad bits yet :( Credit to J.K. Rowling for the characters and parts of the plot and obviously Hogwarts fandom and Everything Harry Potter related.
