When Jaime De La Rosa moves into the little quaint town in North Carolina she decides to get out of her shell and go on in life. Now up to a new image Jaime has comfortabalized herself only then, school just a week away it happens. Jaime is hit by a car, and dies. But, is resuscitated, then only for Jaime to realize she temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. The doctors classify her to take physical therapy, but then she meets Derek De la Renta, this sweet, enchanting boy, whom she meets in one of her classes. But, then in she also meets Derian Star her physical therapist teacher! Not only will Jaime be in a rollercoaster ride that shows her no matter how small towns are the problems will always big. She's going to have to wish upon many shooting stars to pass this ride!
