Dream has been diagnosed with extreme insomnia since he was twelve years old, it only gets worse when Dr.Hansen tells him he has 2 months to live due to no sleep. 
George a college student who works part-time in a bakery and is a insecure. One day at the end of the day, George hears a sniffling sound behind the bakery after his shift ends and finds a crying boy with dirty blond hair and green eyes.

Please note that this is a fanfic and if Dream and George are uncomfortable I will take this down. 
Also for the sake of the story, let's just say they both just graduated high school.
