I was planning to base this story with the same plot line as Boys and Girls (2000 movie), but as I wrote more, the story became its own. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it. Also, I made this cast all women, minus the girls' parents. I didn't want to make this an angsty coming out story. I wanted it to just be a story about people falling in love with one another without any prejudice from the outside world or internal doubts within each character.
