Akise Shirai, a normal magus in the Fateverse, is a mage detective known around London for solving many cases. He lives his normal life while trying to maintain it from the higher ups in the Mage Association. Though he has no interest with careers offered by them, he is relentlessly pestered because of his old bloodline and outstanding performance while in the Clock Tower. Despite his wishes, however, it seemed that fate (no pun intended) had a different future set out for him. Welcome to the Eleventh Holy Grail War along with it's aftermath.

Enter the holy grail war. The holy grail is a item that grants the wishs of Magi or Magicians. Magicians hide within present day society and hold this war once every 7 years. 7 Magi summon servants that are the souls of legendary heros/villians to fight in the war. The servants are divided into 7 categories based off what they did in life. Saber, Rider, Lancer, Caster, Assassin,Beserker, and finally Archer.
