After a series of wars that destroyed the world, the remaining people united and formed a society that arose from the ashes. Hundreds of years later, The Philipson Institute of International Relations is the top private school in the United Countries of The Americas; Excellent teachers, state of the art programs, technology that rivals that of the government, and the world's most perfect student body. To everyone else, the Philipson seems just like another exclusive and selective system that only carters to the society's rich and elite. Nobody knows the actual truth that lies behind it's closed doors.


         The Philipson is the safe haven for the world's future assassins. Students are trained to intercept the society's enemies, even on the darkest of causes.
