His ears have several piercings, with a large patterned gauge at the bottom lobe of each ear. There are tattoos just showing on his neck and arms from underneath his top. And in his arms is a platter with a huge carrot cake on top. "My bad Sammy" the blonde manages to get out between chuckles. "I'll clean it up in a second."
