Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. Virgil, the love of Prince Roman's life got banished. Three years later the Light Sides and The Dark Sides go into war. They see each other again and back come the feelings although Virgil pushes him away. Both want peace, both want love. Can't this be happily ever after? Longer blurb- Prince Roman fell in love with a commoner, Virgil Sanders. He knew it was a bad idea but he couldn't help it. When his parents, the King and Queen of the Light Kingdom, found out they banished Virgil, sending him to the Dark Kingdom. When the Lightsides and the Darksides go back into war, Roman and Virgil see each other again after two years. Neither had forgotten and they only want each other back, how can they save both kingdoms and get each other? Patton, Roman's younger brother gets pulled into a plan. One Virgil made up with the help of Janus and Remus, friends he's made on the darkside. Logan being Virgil's cousin is also included in this plan, one Roman has no idea about. This was why he only had one friend, Patton, who he could really confide in. Virgil was as angry as he was anxious about life, and both sides of him could get extreme. Unhealthily extreme. Roman had a complicated mind, and his thoughts were much louder than normal. If there were one word to sum him up, it'd be 'confused.' Though he keeps a smile on at all times, his mind constantly interferes with his attempts at simply being happy. Because he had nothing to compare his brain with, he couldn't determine if something was wrong with him or if it was completely normal. There he meets an annoying kid who somehow befriends him, but little does he know the kid was sent by his father to protect him. The religious parts of this story is based loosely (very loosely) around christianity. Pairings will be prinxiety, logicality, and demus, if it's not your jam that's fine you don't need to read. There will be trigger warnings at the beginning of every chapter that will include cursing, death and blood.
