orah hart's hometown, the small and sleepy basildon, inhabited mainly by pensioners and wannabe-punks, is the only place she can call home. she and his friends, andy, martin, vince and dave - who's also a punk, but actually just craves attention - tries to survive the rainy, muggy british summer in basildon. but things get more complicated before they could control them.
