This is a poem that I wrote. I was going through a very dark time, as we all sometimes do, and I needed encouragement. I felt like God told me, that no matter what we go through in life, He is always there with us, pulling us closer and closer to Him. This is the poem that came from that situation.

This is a series of poems about a woman i was once in love with long ago. Everything was sweet like strawberries at first, but deep down she was just using me as a rebound to get over a broken heart she has. We met in a speech class one semester, I couldn't talk to her, I shyly had someone else to talk to her. long story short, I should have got to know her like should, because she judged me for what had and didn't have. i loved her so much that I knew that she was cheating on me and wanted her to stay, but God removed her out of my life. she done so much wrong to me, but love her even of all her flaws.
