"Some things are better left unsaid." Ana murmured chewing her cheek. Ana knew that phrase all too well; always the collected friend, giving advice, listening, comforting. Exhausting, keeping her own feelings buried. At nineteen years old Ana felt she was missing something; that romance she was so sick of giving the same advice no one ever took, saving relationships- the relationships that could've been hers given different circumstances. She convinced herself is was wrong, that as their relationship grew her feelings would diminish, yet the uneasy butterflies in her stomach only enlarged with her jealousy. Even after what he did she found herself fantasizing of what could've been- what should've been all along if she hadn't dismissed her feelings. She never believed she was capable of loving someone until the jade orbs boarded into her ocean eyes. She knew she loved him more than her, but was being with him only another dirty desire?
