Chloe is a dancer and team captain on a competitive dance team. Nationals is coming up and it is a big deal for the Refresh team. Choosing people to dance was hard for Chloe, but she made a decision. Will it backfire? After nationals, a huge storm runs through Clavin Falls. Power goes out and school is off, they even have to cancel dance. The studio floods and everything gets destroyed. What will Chloe and her studio do?
