USS Gabriel Raymond, The Weather Control Aircraft Carrier of United States. Is on its way toward Europe, Responding to the Soviet Aggression against the European continent, And assist the European Alliance from threats. 

But to buy a time, The US government issued and plan the use of Chronosphere to move the ship to the Mediterranean sea instantly.

However, The nuke was suddenly launched from Cuba to Miami causing an incident that makes the chronosphere device malfunctioning and starting the device too early than they have planned to activate.

Due to the sudden activation of the chronosphere, All the crew members have died from the effects of the chronosphere and teleport USS Gabriel Raymond to alternate dimensions.

Later. The ship called USS Gabriel Raymond, Become human with his ship armaments after the malfunctioning of chronosphere.

The journey of Endless Storm has begun.
