Brooklyn and Andy are twins. Everything was fine and normal. They hung out with their best friends, went to school and did some other teenager stuff. But soon something was wrong with Brooklyn. Andy took his twin to the hospital after he slipt blood in the school.
They will find out that Brooklyn has a really bad disease. He has to go to a clinic and there he will meet the love of his life....
