growing up in an orphanage, never knowing her real parents, Kame Mitsui never spent any time in the spotlight, always preferring to stay in the shadows and find ways to get her adrenaline pumping. Naturally, this leads her to UA's hero course, probably the most intense school in the country and a surefire place to find the danger she wants. But her reasoning for being in the hero course and what she previously thought she knew about herself and her quirk are brought into question as the year takes a deadly twist. What does it really mean to be a hero? who deserves to be a hero? all this and with the eyes of the whole country constantly on UA and the hero course, how will her story play out?

The thing is, no one knows exactly what her quirk is, other than the people close to her. The said girl does have a certain trait that made her stick out from others; she doesn't like to speak. She would rather use her Quirk to do so. That was until every event and aventure that happened in in UA made her slowly change. ((a horrible intro but trust me it's going to be much better in the fic.))

Y/N has always been sheltered, and I mean SHELTERED. Her existence wasn't in the records, in fact, she was supposed to be a miscarriage. Her mother obsessed over the fact that the outside world was dangerous, especially with her daughter's powerful quirk. After the sludge monster killed Y/N's mother, she was determined to finally explore the outside world. She found herself at UA the day of the exams, where she decided to apply for the hero school. Somehow, even though she was supposed to be dead, she was accepted. The teachers promised her a home and a great education, but that wasn't the only thing she wanted.
