Humans have lived peacefully in my village for as long as I could remember. Everyone loved dragons. Heck, we practically worshipped them. But my story, is a bit strange compared to others. I was once human, but now I'm a dragon.
I had a power nesting inside me, but I didn't know what it was. Then, I found it one night as I looked outside my window. A meteor shower and the aurora borealis were both dancing across the night sky above my head.
I got too curious and fell out of my window. But before I hit the ground. Dragon wings unfurled from my back and I started to fly.
That's just the summary of what happened. I might need to explain myself better.

The next book will be "Raised By Wolves" a werewolf pup adopted by wild wolves so check it out when it becomes available. Story excerpt "I was found bleeding in the road. They took me to the hospital and saved my life." I say "What were your wounds?" He aks. "Nope my turn. What is this place?" I ask knowing I'm testing his patience but he is obviously boss here and I want answers. "My pack." He answers "your injuries?" I dont know how to answer that so I turn away from him. I dont know what hurt me only the marks it left. "Answer ME!" His words make me stiffen and I feel my hands reach for the bottom of my shirt. I slide it off and turn to the man. A stand there chest exposed. I'm boney from lack of food and bruised from my foster father and brother. Amid all the fresh brusing three white lines stand out stretching from my shoulder to my hip. "This is what they were healing!" I yell trying not to cry. I remember the pain of the marks when they were fresh. Feeling embarrassed I put my shirt back on. "Rouges." The man whispers. "Those bruses." Ruby says from behind me. "The "Love" of my "family."" I tell her. "My turn." I say and the man turns back to me as he was facing the other adults. He raises his eyebrow and I take it as permission to continue. "What are rouges?" "Packless werewolves." He says. My jaw drops. werewolves? WEREWOLVES!? What the? "They are just a story." I say. "You know better than that." He says.

Michelle's life was almost perfect. Loving family, great college, perfect grades, good friends, and a crush on one of the sweetest guys she's met. The only problem is that a local werewolf has decided she's his mate. With the struggles of falling in love and discovering things about herself she didn't know, she also gets thrown in the middle of a fued between the hunters and the hunted. ***** He finally made eye contact and I couldn't tell what he was thinking, or how he was feeling at that moment. He had me shut out. "Dad won't let her in the pack." "I know." "Are you sure she's human?" I rub my eyes again, they were really beginning to burn. "Yes, unless I've gone absolutely insane." I stopped rubbing my eyes for a moment. "Maybe I am crazy? I feel like it." Caden sighed, "That's the mate bond. The longer you go without, the worse you get." I knew that. I didn't like to think about it, but we all grew up hearing about it. Going crazy, your body shutting down. Wolves weren't meant to be separated from their Soulmates. It physically and mentally drained them until they just one day gave up. I never thought it would happen to me since it doesn't ever actually happen. We all knew better. Unfortunately my human mate did not. Caden watched me from where he sat, he knew what I was thinking, and was thinking the same himself. We didn't know how much time I had. "Well, I for one, as Alpha, would not mind a human in our midst if she is your mate." I let a small chuckle slip out and leaned back in my chair, crossing my arms. "Is it because you're so accepting of humans, or because you insist on having me as your Beta?" Caden smirked at me, "Does it matter?"

The dragons have come and gone since the Pliocene epoch when Wooly Mammoths roamed with humans during the ice age. For many of the I and E generation in the Americas and parts of Europe, it was something to avoid being taken by them to their world. But many knew the stories they told, the things they saw and missed, and in this world of social media, the child coming home, reborn as a shifter. For 16-year-old Nathan that was his reality. For 11 years he's not only avoided getting grabbed but helped others avoid a similar fate. But a black dragon was watching him grabbing him only to lay low in the nearby woods, something they did to pick out who'd they take. It did that for 10 years, more than 3 times longer than usual. His actions and the amount of time he had avoided them made him a sort of celebrity in his town in the midwest. But one day that black dragon made its decision, he was to be her hatchling. When they're usually marked the child could turn to protective mode, running from home to prevent drawing attention to other children for the picking, and that's what he did, right to where they last landed. Luck, choice, a possible spell in those claws, whatever you may think doesn't matter. A black dragon never misses its mark. With agility unsurpassed by the other types they're almost impossible to avoid. But these dragons didn't breathe fire, were a threat, nor in any way the size of a 747 max. All they had that was unique from other creatures was a highly evolved brain with the intelligence of a human and a heart of platinum. Note. Some creatures don't belong to me in any way. Infested: creators of Warframe (whatever the company is called) Symbiotes: Disney (since I'm pretty sure they bought Marvel) Xenomorphs: Universal Studios.

*Disclaimer: Spinoff to The Last Dragon Blood. Reccomend to read The Last Dragon Blood first.* "How many times do I have to tell you? I'm NOT a Dragon Blood!" Or... so I thought... I was walking home from school, when this girl appeared in front of me. Her eyes were like dragon eyes, and she had dragon wings. She told me that she was from Elaria, World of the Dragon Bloods, and that I was the descendant of the world's heroine, Giselle. ...WHAT!?... She also said that since I'm her descendant, I have her powers, and that Elaria was in grave danger. A villain like no other was killing the hidden Dragon Bloods in Riverfall City, and since I was the most powerful Dragon Blood ever since Giselle, Elaria needed me, Riverfall City needed me. The girl said that she and her friends would help me train to become the best Dragon Blood ever. I don't know how, but I'll make Giselle proud...
