While sitting in my room in April 2020, vibin', I'm suddenly launched into the Clone Wars universe and find myself on a world in the Outer Rim roughly 5 months after the Battle of Kamino. Salt and self-awareness of fanfic tropes ensue, but I soon realize I have bigger problems; the Bad Batch is after me to help them on a mission. Not only that, but this isn't exactly the Clone Wars I remember. Why are they after me, you ask? Good question, let's find out together.All Rights Reserved

Maybe you will find the love that guides you, maybe you won't. Long. Pretty much one chapter part per episode, but because the chapters are relatively short, I think they're fine. Just a bit of a warning, there is language, topics with abuse, suicide, and disturbing elements. Also, someone tell me if this is too long. The Bad Batch: Tech and Vel by CT-9902

During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech.
