This is when Luffy had set out sail for the first time and he encounters and island. Here he meets a beautiful young girl with blonde hair and weird eyes. He try's to build a friendship with her and ends up not knowing how he feels. The girl is mysterious and doesn't know why Luffy keeps talking to her.
