The Sorrow Pit

The Sorrow Pit is the story of Harry's life, a normal 23 years old man, living a regular life in the city of Boston with his Mouse Layla and Cockatoo Stevie, coming in terms with his oddness. Oddness that isn't actually odd at all, it is just a normal feeling that every living being has inside of them, also called existencial crisis, but as we grow older, we learn that there is no such thing as embracing your odds and that's what he does as the story progresses.
The Sorrow Pit is a story full of weird events, romances, friendships, queerness and representative feelings that are not usually shown on the media.
I, the author, wrote this story based not only on actual events of my personal life, which is from what my character Harry was inspired, but to show how much I love writing about ficcional characters that I created and how many things are yet to be furthered and normalized as common topics to be spoken about.
I inspire myself a lot by queer coming to age movies and books and also by my own psychological trips, that, as I explore more my creative little world, it ables me to write more things about it, without being 100% uneducated. I also make sure to google most of the topics I'm not really familiar with, to not post anything that could possibly offend someone.
