i wrote this at three in the morning while listening to Flower Power by Bears In Trees on repeat, so i make no promises as to whether this will be good or not.

many thanks to @letsjustdieeveryone on tumblr, who beta read this confusing mess for me and helped make it into something at least semi-coherent.

a little bit of backstory: Janus and Ro have been friends for a while, up until SvS, at which point Roman started avoiding him. after Putting Others First, Roman confronted him. they have crushes on each other but neither will ever admit it.

title is from Flower Power by Bears in Trees. it was originally a placeholder until i came up with an actually good title, but No Content November is over and i can't come up with titles to save my life, so i just left it there.All Rights Reserved

Roman starts to believe him for awhile until two men that are Roman's subjects visit the palace to start working for the prince. Roman however notices that one of the men looks gorgeous.
