A world where villains have won. Heroes such as All Might, Endeavor, etc have all been captured and locked in cages. Villain's roam the street freely doing whatever they please.
The world is now in chaos. Villain's setting things on fire, killing people as they please.
Shigaraki, one of the more powerful villains who helped send this world to shit soon finds out bad news.
All Might somehow has passed his quirk to a boy. This all happened before all of this mess came down.
Now, Shigaraki has to find this boy. But, little does he know, many villains want to be more powerful. As he leaves his base to find this boy, he puts himself at risk.
Some people just can't forgive him.
