We all know who Carl Grimes is, right? Well if you don't, he's a 14 year old boy growing up in a post-apocalyptic world. After his sanctuary is destroyed and his group is scattered, he is separated from everyone, even his dad. He's all alone. His fear of losing everyone is now a reality.
Carl meets a girl named Bryn not too long after, who saves him from being killed. He's faced with new challenges, new people, and new fears trying to find his father, sister, and the rest of his group. But wait, who's Bryn?

Carl Grimes's life was great. He had both parents, a ton of friends, and a great role model. His dad was a sheriff at the King's County Police Department, while his mom was a stay at home mother. Waking up from the coma Emma meets the Sheriff's Deputy Rick Grimes, which it wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't the apocalypse. Rick helps guide Emma back to a camp of people who unexpectedly become Emma's family. She meets her dad for the first time. She has no clue what happened to her mom. In a twisted way Emma's life is just better in the apocalypse. **I just want to warn everyone, this is my first story, and I'd like to say it progressively gets better.
