A mysterious person happened to stumble upon him and saw the potential that he carried and thus changed Jaune's destiny, for the better or for the worst. Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.

Gregory is a regular 15 years old student. He lives a boring, regular life with his not-so-lovely father. School is easy, too easy. Or at least when it comes to getting the best grades in a math test. Maybe because of his father's scary behaviour whenever he would disappoint him. Sure, Evan's life may be a little different, but is it really better? Born in a rich and famous family for it's popular pizzeria company, always having anything he could ask for, his life seemed like a perfect dream for all. Maybe that's why he never had the courage to complained about how much he suffered behind the gate of his big, full of lust, house.
