Discord and Fluttershy have a strong "friendship" going. But ever since he truly became good. Celestia and him have become closer than ever.
Fluttershy still sees him as a friend but gets jealous when he sees Discord and Celestia talking or hanging out. Fluttershy doesn't really know her feelings for him and Discord has no idea what to do. Nobody knows how Celestia feels about him. Everyone thinks she likes him. But she insists only as a friend.
Though, Luna isn't going to let Discord mess with her sisters feelings...
