Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, is a boy whose been bullied and made fun of for most of life. Why was he bullied? Well, because he was quirkless. And while everyone was getting their quirks, he never got one of his own. Katsuki Bakugou, also called Kacchan, is a boy who got his quirk at age 4 like many others did. And when he found out Deku wasn't getting one, instead of helping him and being there for him, he bullied Deku.
