Alaina Byers lives in a perfect little farmhouse, in a perfect little neighborhood, on a perfect little farm, and everyone thinks she has a perfect little life.

Little do they know, that her family is being torn apart. Her mother is getting more and more distant with her father, and he has been making Alaina work extra hard on the farm, and then some.

Then the boy arrives.

Jake Waninger and his 18 year old brother, Jarred Waningar, move into the small, supposedly haunted, house on Alaina's family property after their parents had both died in a car accident.
