Brenda's dream has been to fight as a werewolf to defend the territory. She is rejected to join by the council because for men once they change for the first time into wolves they can find there mate. Girl have the option to change or not and most of them don't. Brenda does and she feels like she the council is rejecting her for being a girl.
 In reality what they say can be true when she finally meets her mate, Noah. She is now worried for her future, despite starting to love him, that her being his mate will prevent her from fighting in her home territory. 
She is offered though multiple time's by the enemy pack to join them because women can fight and their alpha is her best friend since middle school, Rai. Will she she be able to fight? Which territory will she fight for? Will she stay with Noah or Rai?
