Imani Carver has always had to work hard to get what she wanted in life. Living with her mom and 5 siblings with out a father figure in the picture had been hard. She went unnoticed by many and wasnt very social with the few who did try to get to know her. Imani saw what had happened to older her sister and made up in her mind that she would not go down the same path as her, but be successful in life.
She always thought staying to herself would keep her out of trouble. But, once she is settled into her college dorm and has gotten adjusted to all of the changes, she begins to let some of her walls down and opens up to a few people. Who are these people? What will be the outcome of her opening up?
