Rani Kinsley has just turned 15- years old. The city council believes in testing the youth's intelligence before they get to live their own live. All the 15-years olds are about to begin the three year test. Rani has no idea what to believe about how the test works. She must fight to survive and show the council that she is smart enough to continue to live.
