Summary; Kollbaine is fleeing into the frozen north flying as fast as he can away from his own pursuer, when he sees a small moving speck in the distance of a frozen wasteland. There are too many wolves in these parts, and no people. Even as he watches and strains his eyes he sees the need to pour out as much speed as he and Howl can muster. There's a girl ahead surrounded by a pack of wolves, and she's about to be eaten. If they can only make it in time! But he and Howl are both already exhausted and wounded. They are also still being pursued themselves by another enemy rider and his dragon. What will happen when his pursuer catches up?Complete
