Mal's living in Auradon. She's engaged to Ben and she's been keeping her past a secret. Her abusing and hurtful past is hidden from almost everybody. The barrier is now taken down and she's getting nightmares. Nightmares of her childhood on the isle. All VK's are moving on and forgetting their past, but Mal's past hurts more than she will tell you. And to help Mal and free her from suffering alone the blue fairy decides to let people watch Mal's secret past. Secrets are reviled, relationships are tried and what happens when they find out that it's not only Mal who has a secret past. And what if her fiancé have been keeping his past hidden too?

The VK's had finally gotten their happily ever after. They were no longer being manipulated by their parents to be evil and cause trouble. They didn't even have to see them anymore. At least, Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos didn't (unless you count Maleficent's lizard form). Hadee still had to face her father, Hades, every time she visited the Underworld, her home and her Queendom. Most of the time, he kept quiet when he's in her presence, never having any conversation with his daughter at all. Hadee wasn't complaining and accepted her father's silence gracefully. That was, until her father finally spoke. As a master manipulator, Hades managed to plant a certain idea into his daughter's head. An idea that would make Hadee do something she would later regret. Hadee didn't want to make Mal doubt the idea of belonging in Auradon, she refused when her father told her to do so, but when Mal admits to her that she misses being evil, Hadee convinces herself that maybe her father's idea wasn't that bad. For Mal's sake of course. But what will happen when Mal actually flees to the Isle and Hadee realizes her mistake when she sees Ben's heartbroken expression? Well, Hadee, Ben and the rest of the VK's go after her of course. Many things will happen on the Isle. Hadee might just slip back into old habits, one of them being her banter with a certain pirate that she loves to annoy. Hadee will need to sort out her priorities and fix her mistakes but will she be able to or will her friends blame her the same way she blames herself? Second in the Hadee Trilogy

Despite how much the Mal's sister OC might be cliche, I did try to make this as original as I could. It does also become a little darker than I intended it to be when I first started writing. The biggest secret of her life, was keeping her family a secret. Maleficent got involved in a couple of one night stands, that impacted her life forever. Now that Maleficent knows what love is, and three children came out of one fatal relationship, she tries her best to keep her only daughter away from other kids to prevent Mal from falling into the same habits. Mal's whole life was a lie, and when the lie falls apart when she turns 16, she regrets her mistake. As Mal falls under fire, her brothers go down with her, and then the situation gets taken further, into the public eye. Ben is extremely angry, and he isn't afraid to show it. It shows on and off the tv screen, which is unfortuante for Mal. As Mal spirals deeper and deeper into loopholes, her older brothers are the keepers of her safety, and they decide to elimate Ben from the problems. When Ben gets even more angry, the press catch him trying to kill his girlfriend, and everything changes. Ben gets put into jail, and then the problem gets overlooked, until Ben makes a comeback, determined to destroy the cause of his problems, once and for all.
