Annabelle Rogers is Steve's thirteen year old younger sister who follows her brother to Lehigh and beyond. She tries to find her place in the world and with her brother as he continues to grow into Captain America.  Thirteen years old, a super soldier's younger sister, weapons, spies, and World War II. What could go wrong?
