A year later, they have a rough time fighting Dr. Eggman, but things only just get even harder...and complicated, too. Sonic has joined Dr. Eggman, but the former team could barely see any of the former hero. Will they realize their mistakes? Can they find their apology? Can Sonic forgive them? Most importantly, can they bring back the hero they threw away so long ago?

That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).
