While you have fun with your parents, they told you they didn't want you to go back for your last year and said you should stay with them. You weren't able to write back to the letters Fred had been sending you because you were to worried on how he would react. Molly wouldn't let him come down to see you either because she wanted him to have fun at his last year at hogwarts. He loved you so much he lost control of himself.
