If you are a night owl like me, you know the feeling of staying up late watching the sky turn from light to dark to light again. So there's this thing called the 3 a.m blues. Since I always stay up so late, I experience it a lot. But it doesn't only have to do with sadness. Personally, I think over everything in my life. My thoughts are the most pure and messy at 3 a.m. So here is a collection of what runs through my head when I'm in a hysterical, happy, depressed, inspired, extremely exhausted, critical thinking, or some other crazy 3 a.m emotion. This collection will include deep, serious topics and also some random, angry rants. I don't know. If this sounds like something you would be able to relate to or would just enjoy to read, don't be afraid to take a read and chat along with me.
Just a little note to remember, there might be several spelling/grammar mistakes in this writing piece. Keep in mind I'm writing these when I'm practically asleep.

This is a collection of some poems and short stories that I've written. This was actually an assignment in class, but I thought I wanted to share it with everybody. (I'm really sorry, I'm not very good with writing poems and I can only write in repetition.) So as I sit in this circle of fuck ups, I realize just how different I am from them. I didn't attempt suicide because my mother was a crack addict who didn't want me. My father wasn't abusive. I didn't have a sibling die in a car accident. I was never really bullied either. Cold Water
[BWWM] I was only twelve years old when the world turned cold. The day my mom died in that car accident, I felt like someone had dumped a bucket of ice water over my heart. My dad, who had always been my hero, suddenly became a stranger, filled with rage and blame. He couldn't see that I was hurting, too; he only saw me as a reminder of his loss. The accusations cut deep. He said it was my fault for being there, for not doing something to save her. For being the reason she was in the car in the first place. In the years that followed, things only got worse. The abuse started gradually-a harsh word here, a shove there-but it escalated, leaving scars that I carried long after the physical pain faded. I was drowning in my own despair, struggling to keep my head above water while my father's anger raged like a storm around me. In life, we do things we regret, or that we wish we could wipe from our memory forever. At the age of 15, I didn't think I'd regret anything until I was an adult. I considered myself care free. I lived life one day at a time. Well, as much as a 15 year old can. But in life, there are also things that we can't change, that we can't forget. Circumstances change, events occur, and life as we know it is altered forever.
