The SSOCC Investigation : Three Arrow Heads

A series of murders and crimes connected with the symbol of the three arrow heads, leads too the creation of an international Investigation team known as the Private International Crime Council ( PICC also called "PIC" Similar to saying Pick) privately sponsored by Mr Navin Donald in the attempts to gain more power through the EU, and lead by Sammuel one of the greatest minds in the earth. Follow the struggles the PICC has while they try to solve there hardest assignment yet, and try to stay alive from the international murder.
