Why do girls always have to be mentally secure? Why are they made fun of if they cry easily or are sensitive? Why is "you are such a girl" used to undermine someone?

What's wrong with a girl praying for someone to save her
................................
Meet Veronica White. At 17, she had it rougher than some people have it their whole life. With her dad being the notorious psychopath killer, people have treated her worse than a stray dog as compensation for her dad's deeds-she's taken it all without complaining, suffering in silence.

But after the darkest storms comes the brightest times. All is changed when someone from her past returns to town. But the question is: how much does he really knows her or, more importantly

How much does she really know him?

After all, childhood is an innocent time in life, but not many remain untainted after that. Will they be able to admire one another even after knowing all their dirt?
