Jean a schizophrenic boy who gets thrown out of his parents' house because he's 18 and don't actually give a crap about him or anything about him.
Having to cope up with his mentally handicaped-ness the boy somehow manages to survive in an apartment with a Mexican wrestler-looking woman as a landlady and strange talking objects and dog, he meets a strange psychotic mentally, deranged criminal that is wanted throughout the entire state.
