Cat Got Your Tongue?

The infamous "Cat Burglar" has been lurking around Oak Park Ave, a small, sketchy town in Creek City where Fran Swipper lives. The recent reports near his town of a "murderous maniac on the loose" had the 15 year old understandably shaken.
His gut feeling turned out to be correct when he finds himself face-to-face with his worst nightmare. Will he let the cat take his tongue, or attempt to fend off his attacker to save the lives of him and others?
