He has powers of course but the ones he has to change normal people into vampires takes his body 18 years until he can fully use it.

One day a shapeshifter killed his friend so he used it early, making his age revert to his newborn years.

I don't like this type of description but it seems as if a lot of people do so I used it. This is a story that the author, me, is going to be reacting with you guys, the readers. Cuz like all my other stories; I have no plot in mind!
