"I promise you, no one will touch you again", Jonathan said as he held the girl in his arms. "I'll break their arms if that ever happens" Damien growled, "You're ours" "𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙜𝙞𝙧𝙡" ❀ ❀ ❀ ❀ ❀ ❀ ❀ ❀ ❀ In a grim town where wealth and social standing dictated the fates of the unfortunate, two men, Damien King and Johnathan Knight, thrived in the shadows of human depravity. They were notorious for their merciless trade in lives-both adults and children-conducting their sinister business with a chilling lack of remorse. The townsfolk whispered their names in hushed tones, their hearts gripped by fear at the thought of crossing paths with these ruthless dealers of despair. To Damien and Johnathan, the world was a mere marketplace, and human lives were nothing more than commodities to be bought and sold for profit. Bound by a twisted brotherhood forged in the fires of their dark past, they had always relied solely on each other, their bond unbreakable amidst the chaos they created. That was until fate introduced them to a little girl, her innocent gaze piercing through the veil of their hardened hearts. Unlike others who recoiled in horror at their actions, she looked upon them with a curious blend of compassion and understanding. In her eyes, they were not the monsters the world painted them to be; instead, she saw the flickering remnants of humanity buried deep within their souls. This unexpected connection ignited a fierce protectiveness within Damien and Johnathan, a desperate need to shield her from the very darkness they had embraced. They found themselves willing to defy their own nature, to rewrite the narrative of their lives, all for the sake of keeping her close. In a world where they had once reveled in their power, the presence of this little girl began to unravel the very essence of their existence, forcing them to confront the chilling reality of who they had become.
