William has been planning the biggest party of the year on his favorite holiday. Halloween. He has invited everyone on campus, and he can't wait for it.

Unfortunately, his parents went on a cruise and left him in charge of his 10-year-old sister, Lily. He enlists the help of his cousin, who hates Halloween, to take care of Lily during the party.

But on All Hallows' Eve, strange noises and electricity failures lead to disaster. People start disappearing, and no one can figure out what is happening.
