Min Yoongi never wanted a soulmate. As far as he was concerned, he only had time in his life for his music and his members. He didn't like the idea of depending on another person for survival and he knew all too well how much of a pain that could be after watching Jungkook's struggle with his soulmate. A soulmate would only be a nuisance at this point in his life.
Crystal never wanted a soulmate either. Being a 7th year law student and intern at one of the most prestigious firms in Seoul, she barely had time for anything else. She was a workaholic to the core that only had time for school, work, and family. A soulmate would only complicate things.
Too bad fate didn't care what they wanted.
In this universe, about fifty percent of people have soulmates. The bond is activated by touch, which causes a bruise to form. From then on, you depend on one another for energy to live.
