Neither are Noelle and *insert character who comes in middle of the book* you'll know who that is ^ I made an A/N but saying it here, they aren't related. Sirius is not related to Bellatrix which makes him not related to the malfoys and so on, NO BLOOD RELATION FOR THIS STORY LINE!!!!
