In a world where paranormal creatures exist along with humans (not always peacefully) there's a girl named Tasha Yamamoto.

Tasha has been very, very different since she was first born. She has been Deaf and blind since birth. Not to mention she is a werewolf! She hasn't always been treated the best because of how she was born. Tasha is banished from her pack for many reasons, first of all she is seen as weak and a liability in the eyes of her Alpha and pack. Another reason being the fact that at the age of eighteen she still could not find a mate.

Shane Walker has been a rough since he was a child. He was banished at a young age from his pack just because he was different! The difference being the fact that he is a husky shifter instead of a werewolf just like everyone else. He has already found his mate but there is a catch, his mate was murdered by his father. Everyone considered the murder of his mate as a mercy being granted to his mate. The reasoning being that he wouldn't have to live with the shame of having a husky shifter mate. And to top all of that off Shane is an Alpha's son....
