Sapnap is an expert potions maker and after many months finally makes a potion which succesfully transports people between dimensions, however a critical mistake was made and now the group will have have to figure out a way to find eachother and return home. Preferably in one piece.
OR
Sapnap, George and Dream are transported to an alternate dimention but Sapnap forgets to mention a key detail when explaining the transportation process and everything goes wrong from there.
