Dear Diary,
It has been 3 weeks since the apocalypse starts and it seems that the apartment is holding out quite well. There are some food and drinkable water left, enough to last me a week more. To be honest, I don't know why I am trying to survive right now. My family's dead and I am all alone in the apartment with no one to talk to. The Wi-Fi is long gone and now my morale is more down than ever. And it's only been less than a month! I'm running low on hope and my level of despair is slowly rising... I don't know what to do.

When the world have gone crazy and started throwing zombies in her face, (Y/n) was prepared. (Y/n) is an introverted 22 years old human with mild paranoia and mediocre anxiety problem. She was studying psychology in a university to be a psychiatrist and help people around her but as of now, it seems that she needs more help than anyone else. Thanks to her paranoia though, she was (kind of) ready to face the apocalypse with tools to survive. But, she didn't even know why she was surviving. She had no family left. No friends. No purpose to live. That is, until she found two stray boys, trying to fend for themselves in the street.

After the Waves devastated the Earth, modern society collapsed. Governments didn't know what to do, and much of the world's treaties and society's pre-imposed rules went out the window. A survival for the fittest. For Tommy, his life of gaming for hours on end was disrupted, and he couldn't go back. Days of screwing around on minecraft servers were gone, and more than half of his friends had either died or gone missing. 'It was dark outside by now, and Dream could hear the sounds of monsters roaming the surface. He shivered and grabbed his stone sword a little tighter. He's safe in here... nothing can hurt him... right? A too close for comfort zombie groan made him press more into the corner of his hideout. What he wouldn't give to be back home again, just recording with his friends and having fun in the streams they do together or have patches curl up against his side. He would prefer almost anything over the situation he's in right now. One wrong move and his life would be over. He hates it here. He just wants to go home. Please.' ---- Hey! I did something similar to this for a German story I published like two years ago, so I figured, why not do it in English too? So here goes nothing! This will be a long one! Also, I already want to apologize for not writing the characters 'realistic' enough at some points. I mainly watch Philza and Techno, so everyone else is a bit... unknown to me? Like of course I watch Tommy Videos or Dream Manhunt and all that, but that's about it. Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to.
