in the Jahm town no body ages. Once you reach your 30s your body will keep the same form for as long as you live, so people there made a unique system to identify everyone's age.
the leaders there are strict, no one goes out and no one gets in, as if the town is a giant jail for those weird people who don't know how aging feels like.
Nile is one of Jahm's loyal citizens, this year his body will take the final form as well, but Nile's curiosity made him sink way too deep before he finally becomes one of creeps.
