Cami is a new vampire and she is still feeling very emotional. Not long after she turned, she and Klaus broke up and decided to remain friends.
Klaus asked Rebekah's help because he noticed Camille was still very emotional and drinking from the vein all the time, without caring who would see.
Rebekah decided to take Cami to a house the Mikaelsons have in the middle of the woods and decided to call Cami's cousin, Sarah O'Connell (played by Sarah Wayne Callies) , who was living in Chicago but with the news she went to live with Cami and Rebekah to help Cami, since Sarah is also a doctor and is helpful in getting them blood from the hospital, while being an emotional supporter of Cami in this, the beginning of her new life.
Soon, Rebekah finds herself asking Caroline's help and just like that, soon Camille will find help in this new way of living not just with Rebekah and Sarah but also with Caroline, the Salvatore brothers, Bonnie and Enzo.
