Scott McCall's twin sister Sofia was diagnosed with Lung Cancer at the middle of her sophomore year and has only gotten worse. So when Derek starts turning teens into werewolves he sees an opportunity to get stronger and give Scott a compelling reason to join his pack. Even though all it does is incite anger in the young werewolf. When Scott tries to get his sister to leave Derek she says no. She's angry that Scott never told her he was a werewolf. She feels loyal to Derek for saving her from her sickness and even starts to fall in love with him. But will he feel the same or is she just a means to an end for Derek.

This story will follow, more or less, along with the events throughout Season 2-3
